1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Scope

We offer custom software, web, app, game development, and digital marketing services. All deliverables, features, and timelines are clearly mentioned in the project proposal or invoice.

3. Payment Terms

We follow a milestone-based payment structure:

🔹 30% Advance – To initiate the project

🔹 40% Mid-Project – After key development phase

🔹 30% Final – Before final delivery/launch

Note: Once a project is started, the initial payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds once the project work has started.

If canceled before the project begins, only partial refund (up to 50%) may be processed after review.

Delay in client feedback or payment may result in project delay or hold.

5. Intellectual Property

All work created by WeAppX is the property of the client after full payment is made, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

All data, business ideas, and login details shared by the client are kept confidential and used solely for project purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

WeAppX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
